Neurodiversity in the workplace

In this interview for a recruitment blog, Nicholson McBride consultant, Emma Seward, explains how a better understanding of neurodiversity can add value to businesses and organisations trying to get the best from their top talent, by helping recognition and appreciation of the effects of the differences in brain structure and function.  Emma and Nicholson McBride colleague, Client Director, Dr Nick Kambitsis and fellow psychologist, Sally Moore, carried out research into neurodiversity in the workplace, speaking to HR professionals, managers and individuals with STEM backgrounds and looked at how this research could help in this context.
