Nicholson McBride kicked off last week with the first Nicholson McBride Resilience Certification programme. The training was run by senior Nicholson McBride consultant, Rubina Patel, who has worked over the past seven years researching resilience and delivering training to Nicholson McBride’s clients and was aimed at consultants, HR professionals and coaches. Nicholson McBride’s expertise in the area of resilience is irrefutable with a database of over 30,000 RQ respondents revealing the statistical robustness of our framework over time and across industries.
There was a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the day despite it being a Monday! The session was informative and inspiring: learning was interspersed with practical tools designed to strengthen and develop resilience levels, as well as with captivating stories from the delegates – uncovering a myriad of opportunities for applying these tools and concepts. After exploring their own resilience profiles in more detail, participants spent time helping each other understand the implications and opportunities presented by their reports.
Awarding certificates to successful participants at the end of the inaugural training programme, Nicholson McBride Chairman Dr John Nicholson said: “I’m delighted that our DIY resilience toolkit has now been tested to the point where we can confidently make it available to companies who want to boost their people’s survival skills”.
