Training senior teams in an aeroplane manufacturer
We have been working with this manufacturer for over 4 years, delivering training and development programmes. Content drew on best practice across a range of industries, with some tailoring to ensure that the roll out was fit for the client's purpose.
An example of our work with them has been devising and developing competencies for the senior audit team:
