Freddie graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Psychology, during which she developed an interest in the importance of efficient team performance and the influence it has upon organisation success, this interest was reinforced through Freddie’s experience working at a charity in Asia. Freddie also has a particular interest in what motivates individuals to succeed and the influence of self-efficacy. Since graduating Freddie has gained experience in the financial services and worked in New York, before returning to London to study for her Masters in Occupational Psychology.
