Geraldine graduated with Combined Honours in French and Italian from Exeter University, later gaining an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. She holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle College.
Geraldine spent her early career in the Insurance industry in the UK and France – firstly as a Lloyd's Broker, then as Country Manager for a multinational broking firm in Paris, where she lived and worked for seven years.
She made the move to consultancy in 1999. Her work is focused on working with senior teams on leadership, management development and executive coaching.

Developing the legal practice in Nicholson McBride, working with global City and large national firms. The work is ongoing and includes coaching key individuals; developing partners' new business development and people management skills; design and delivery of Development Centres at all levels, aimed at supporting lawyers in their development towards partner.
Designing and delivering a modular leadership development programme for the business leaders of a large franchised, automotive manufacturer and retailer. This programme covered the full range of commercial business skills, leadership and management behaviours.
Coaching a range of senior executives from both the public and private sectors, to ensure they achieve their performance aspirations and working with their teams to maximise team performance.
Fluent in French, Geraldine retains a passion for all things Gallic; as well as working with French clients her sideline is offering advice on Parisian hotels and restaurants.
